Personalized service and a social business model in a former private mansion with a minimalistic design infused with local touches. Good Hotel Antigua is located in the heart of UNESCO-protected Antigua and offers premium hospitality with a cause.

We believe in people. It's actually that simple.

We want to redefine the model of how business is done - combining doing business with doing good and quality.

Introduced by Good Group, a non-dividend company founded on entrepreneurial spirit and the belief that one day all business should be social business.

The Good Training program offers long-term unemployed locals a unique hospitality training and the chance to break their cycle of poverty. After successfully completing the training, trainees get on-the-job training and a full-time salary at Good Hotel, after which they are mediated towards a permanent job in the local economy.

Profits are invested in the education of disadvantaged local children. We work with NGO Niños de Guatemala who provide quality education and strive for physical and emotional wellbeing of children of low-income families.

Good Hotel Antigua is deeply rooted in the local community. We source our ingredients, materials and labour locally and work solely with partners offering a healthy work environment and fair salaries to their employees.

Our design team works with local craftsmen to take a modern approach on their craft while honouring traditions, enabling these local craftsmen to speak to a wider public and keeping their traditional trade alive.

When booking direct, you're guaranteed of the best available rate and help local children living in need.

For every booking made on our website, we donate 5 USD per night to our NGO partner, Niños de Guatemala, who provides quality education to children living in poverty.
