What is Good Hotel?
Good Hotel is a new concept introduced by the Good Group. Offering PREMIUM HOSPITALITY WITH A CAUSE. Offering a pure and non-standardized hotel experience, enabling our guests and members to discover the destination like a local and do good at the same time.
Can I cancel my reservation?
We'd prefer you not to. If in case you're not able to make it to Antigua, all individual reservations made directly with the hotel (either on our website or via phone/email) and except for the non-refundable rate, can be cancelled/modified free of charge until 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations and modifications made less than 72 hours before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the reservation value of the cancelled/modified nights.
Special cancellation conditions apply during Semana Santa, Christmas and New Year's.
What about when I booked a non-refundable rate?
A full deposit will be taken at the time of booking and cancellations or modifications are not allowed. Cancellation and/or modification will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the reservation value of the cancelled/modified nights

Check-in is at 15:00. Check-out time is 12:00.
I'm arriving early.
If you know you'll be arriving early, please let us know. We would be happy to store your bags for you until your room is ready. Should you wish us to guarantee you an early arrival, we advise you to reserve the night prior to your arrival. This is subject to availability.
I'm leaving in the evening after checkin-out. Can I store my luggage?
We would love to store your luggage for the day. This is free of charge.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at Good Hotel Antigua.
What's the smoking policy?
All our rooms and public areas are non-smoking. We do have a smoking point available outside the hotel. Please note that if you do smoke in your room, we have to charge a 200 USD deep-cleaning fee.
Do you have baby beds?
Baby beds are available for children up to 3 years old at no additional charge in the Mezzanine rooms. Please note baby beds are not available in our Pila, Unique or Patio rooms and the number of baby beds in the Mezzanine rooms are limited to one per room. This is according to our safety and fire regulations. Please inform our team before arrival if you'd like us to place a baby bed in your Mezzanine room.
Do you have extra beds?
An extra bed is available our Mezzanine room at only $30 per night. The little ones get their extra bed at $20 per night – up until 12 years old. Extra beds are unavailable in in our Pila, Unique and Patio rooms, due to security & fire regulations - which we take very seriously. Please inform our team before arrival if you'd like us to place an extra bed in your Mezzanine room.
Do you have a spa?
No spa here, but we can hint you the best in town. In-room massages are available at extra charge. Our team would be happy to book your appointment.
What about WiFi?
We offer free WiFi everywhere. Because we believe the best things in life are free.
